Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Monitor the residence during overnight hours, ensuring adherence to program guidelines. Conduct safety checks of the building. Build and maintain supportive relationships with program participants, while upholding professional boundaries. Carry out administrative tasks. Ensure confidentiality in compliance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). Document and enter data according to agency and legislative requirements. Assess complex situations, making independent decisions with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team during crisis interventions, risk assessments, and safety planning. Provide crisis support and life skills assistance. Assist with medication processes, including liaising with pharmacies and doctors, creating necessary medication documents, and providing access to medications. Support the onboarding and training of new team members. Job Specific Knowledge/Skills:Awareness of and sensitivity to issues affecting all genders and marginalized populations. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage meaningfully with individuals.

Role Overview
The Overnight Attendant supports participants at the Cambridge Live-In Addiction Treatment program during overnight hours. This role works closely with other staff to help ensure a safe, supportive environment for those in the program.
Schedule and Employment Details
- Permanent, part-time position (27 hours per week)
- Shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (primarily asleep)
- Opportunity to pick up extra overnight shifts as needed
