Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1-2 in-home consultations daily (no cold calls or door knocking).
- Showcase tailored solutions using engaging product demonstrations.
- Educate and guide customers toward informed purchasing decisions.
- Finalize sales in a one-call consultative manner using our established sales techniques.
 
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years in-home or consultative sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- A competitive spirit and a strong desire to succeed.
- Confidence in leading discussions and addressing objections.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (to meet with homeowners).
- A willingness to be coached and a commitment to personal growth.
