Responsibilities:Engage with decision-makers to influence their purchase of our diverse range of commercial doors and associated products and services. Communicate effectively with customers to generate sales opportunities and address inquiries through consultative selling. Develop sales within the commercial and industrial sectors, including building owners/managers, hospitals, educational institutions, and municipalities in Tucson and surrounding areas. Achieve or surpass established sales and gross profit targets. Deliver prompt and accurate estimates and proposals. Meet with existing and prospective clients, assess their needs, and provide technical and mechanical solutions. Create detailed scopes of work for proposals and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing. Promptly follow up to finalize customer projects and participate in project management as needed. Maintain and regularly update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred. A minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience. Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems. Experience with blueprints, plans, and specifications is highly desirable. An outgoing personality with a natural talent for customer service. A valid Driver’s License is required. Other duties as assigned.
