Who We Are
At Kins, we've not just reimagined physical therapy; we have transformed it to prioritize you and your patients. As a physical therapist, your mission is to enhance the lives of others—not to rush through packed schedules or comply with rigid productivity targets.
Our innovative model empowers you to provide individualized care. You will have the opportunity to treat one patient at a time for a full hour, ensuring the quality of care you were trained to deliver. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, manage your caseload, and earn more by concentrating on superior care rather than the quantity of visits.
This is physical therapy redefined—enabling you to make a significant impact, cultivate the career you desire, and practice in a way that aligns with your values.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $75-$83
Uncapped referral bonus program of $750 for each physical therapist you refer after they complete 30 visits with Kins.
