Qualifications
Must possess a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State. Completion of state-required CEU requirements in New York. BLS certification required. Willingness to commit to a minimum of 4 patient visits per week. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Eager to innovate and enhance clinical outcomes within a new care model. Creative, adaptable, and always prioritizing patient care. Skilled in building strong, respectful relationships with colleagues.
