What you’ll do
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will involve identifying and engaging potential customers for Brex. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to articulate the value of Brex’s financial services and the advantages it offers to rapidly growing companies. We seek passionate individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to connect with prospective clients. You will play a vital role in refining our sales strategies and establishing pipelines that lead to substantial deals. This position offers the chance to make an immediate impact and help forge valuable partnerships.
Where you’ll work
This position is based in our São Paulo office, where we embrace a hybrid working model that combines the energetic connections of in-office work with the flexibility of remote arrangements. Currently, we require a minimum of two days in the office each week, specifically on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Starting February 2, 2026, this will increase to three days per week in-office—Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, we offer up to four weeks of fully remote work each year!
