About the Role
At Semgrep, we adopt a unique perspective on our sales development and go-to-market strategies. By leveraging performance analytics and metrics, we enhance our demand generation and sales initiatives. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our sales pipeline through proactive outreach to prospective accounts. Collaborating closely with the Account Executive team, you will foster and maintain relationships with existing clients while partnering with Marketing and Account Executives to initiate new customer engagements.
Location expectations:
This position is hybrid, requiring three days a week in our San Francisco office.

Your Responsibilities
Adhere to established processes and strategies to generate interest, qualify leads, and convert a high volume of marketing inquiries into potential customers, scheduling sales-ready meetings and opportunities for the Account Executives.
Exceed your quota, revenue targets, and growth objectives.
Provide precise lead tracking and reporting to support sales efforts.
