Required Experience and Skills:Diploma from a recognized polytechnic, preferably in IT or a related field. Prior experience in technical support and familiarity with ticketing systems. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation and ability to engage diverse stakeholders. A collaborative team player who thrives in a cooperative environment. Resourceful, adaptable, and capable of working with minimal supervision; proactive and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced setting. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with internet-savvy skills. Basic knowledge of Atlassian JIRA is a plus; familiarity with Confluence is considered advantageous.

As an Operations Support Analyst at AvePoint, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support to our end users. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering expert technical assistance on a wide range of hardware and software issues.
  • Efficiently responding to, documenting, resolving, or escalating incidents, change requests, or service tickets in alignment with Service Level Agreements.
  • Maintaining high service standards and continuously improving service quality through effective support.
  • Being available for on-call support, accommodating varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Identifying problem interdependencies and collaborating to devise innovative solutions under guidance.
  • Exhibiting sound judgment and initiative when making decisions in dynamic situations.
