Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Manager in Operations Strategy, you will be instrumental in shaping Airwallex’s customer perception and market presence. You will develop and implement effective user research methodologies, assess our market positioning through direct customer feedback, and deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior management. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to integrate customer insights into product enhancements and stay updated on fintech trends and best practices in customer experience.
