Are you an organizational guru with a keen interest in real estate? We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will facilitate efficient operations and ensure effective communication throughout the transaction process.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Organize Deals: Establish and manage ASANA projects, Slack channels, and property folders for each transaction.

  • Manage Calendar: Input critical dates such as closing deadlines, meeting setups, and due diligence timelines into the calendar.

  • Document Management: Update Resimpli/Asana with relevant details like violations and flood zones, ensuring information is accessible on the appropriate Slack channels. Draft necessary documents, including memos and amendments.

  • Coordinate Notary Services: Schedule and manage notary services as needed.

  • Client Communication: Provide regular updates to sellers via email and text regarding their transaction progress.

  • Assist Clients: Support clients with rental searches and coordinate essential services such as moving supplies, transportation, groceries, and utility setups.

  • Meeting Support: Document meeting minutes for quarterly gatherings and convert action items from weekly meetings into ASANA tasks.

  • County Engagement: Act on behalf of the company by submitting bids at county offices.

  • Property Management: Install lockboxes, attend acquisition appointments, and capture property photos/videos.
