Role Overview
The Operations Program Manager, Central Operations, leads operational programs across areas like Trust & Safety, Pay Operations, and Contractor Management. This individual contributor role focuses on designing, implementing, and improving processes that support scalable, high-quality operations.
This position works closely with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Delivery teams to find opportunities, deliver solutions, and track performance. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, a drive for operational efficiency, and a hands-on approach to program delivery from start to finish.
Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and experience working in environments where execution and teamwork matter are important for success here.
What You Will Do
- Lead and deliver operational programs from beginning to end across Central Operations.
- Review performance data to spot trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Create and refine processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Work with teams across the company to launch and improve operational initiatives.
- Track and report on key metrics to ensure programs meet their goals.
- Promote continuous improvement by gathering feedback and iterating on processes.
