Role overview

The Wellness team seeks an Operations Manager to work remotely. This position centers on building effective collaboration across teams, streamlining business processes, and supporting the rapid scaling of wellness products. The Operations Manager will play a key part in shaping how operational models develop as the product suite grows.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate collaboration between Marketing, Product, and Tech teams by aligning priorities, supporting management practices, and removing obstacles.
  • Digitize business operations by implementing a unified metrics system (including P&L and unit economics) and improving processes to speed up the journey from idea to launch.
  • Standardize product launches and funnels to prepare operations for stable, scalable growth.

Day-to-day tasks

  • Inter-team collaboration: Establish and refine processes between Marketing, Product, Tech, and Support. Define ownership and resolve blockers.
  • Operational rhythm: Lead regular management routines, such as weekly or bi-weekly syncs, planning sessions, and retrospectives. Track execution of decisions.
  • Priority synchronization: Align team priorities, maintain a unified backlog, and remove low-impact initiatives.
  • Metrics system: Build and manage a reporting system for business metrics (margins, CAC, ROAS, CR, Retention) using dashboards.
  • Identifying inefficiencies: Spot process bottlenecks, analyze deviations, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in operational management (such as COO, Head of Ops, GM, or Growth Lead roles).
  • Proven experience scaling a business and building operational processes from scratch.
  • Background in managing cross-functional teams and communicating across departments.
  • Strong understanding of business metrics, especially P&L and unit economics.
  • Excellent prioritization and resource management skills, with a track record of execution.
  • Ability to bring structure to complex situations by designing clear, actionable processes.
