Your Role

  • Lead the operational framework for Product & Engineering, overseeing planning cycles, roadmap management, initiative tracking, sprint planning, and team objectives.

  • Streamline and enhance critical processes such as product reviews, retrospectives, team syncs, and engineering demonstrations to foster clarity and expedite workflows.

  • Create and sustain operational documentation, including roadmaps, planning documents, capacity trackers, dashboards, and retrospectives, to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Product, Engineering, Design, Brand, Sales, and Operations teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing leaders to develop scalable frameworks for goal-setting (e.g., OKRs), prioritization, and execution plans.

  • Utilize operational data and team feedback to pinpoint friction points, implementing systems that enhance execution and overall outcomes.

  • Develop and continuously refine our internationalization operations playbook to support scalable growth with quality and intentionality.

Your Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management in technology-focused environments.

  • Proven track record of implementing operational efficiencies and frameworks that drive team performance and product excellence.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
