Role overview
This 12-month fixed term Operations Manager position is based in London. The role supports the Client Delivery team, which includes coaches delivering apprenticeship programs to nearly 4,000 learners at 300 client organizations. The Operations Manager will oversee one Operations Specialist and work closely with the team to strengthen delivery and retention efforts.

- Develop systems and strategies to support learner retention and achieve business objectives
