Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy & Execution: Formulate and execute operational strategies that enhance efficiency, scalability, service quality, and cost optimization across all business operations.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow multi-tiered operational teams, nurturing a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration.
- Service Quality & Process Excellence: Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality frameworks, and continuous improvement processes to consistently meet client expectations and service standards.
- Client Experience & Stakeholder Management: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing escalations, enhancing communication, and maintaining consistent service delivery.
- Resource Planning & Deployment: Strategically plan workforce deployment and operational infrastructure to meet business demands efficiently.
- Financial & Cost Ownership: Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
- Performance Management & Analytics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decisions and scale best practices.
- Risk, Compliance & Governance: Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless business operations.
