Role Overview: Operations Engineer

The Operations Engineer will design and support the internal infrastructure that powers go-to-market teams. This position centers on internal systems, automation, and process design within CRM and key tools, supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. The focus is on enabling these teams to work with greater speed and clarity, not on demand generation.

This role works closely with leadership and customer-facing teams to identify bottlenecks, build scalable workflows, and implement automation that improves routing, tracking, reporting, and execution. There is significant ownership and the chance to shape GTM infrastructure as the company grows.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain go-to-market systems and workflows across CRM and core tools (including routing, scoring, enrichment, sequencing support, and reporting)
  • Design smooth lead and account transitions between Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to reduce friction and increase speed
  • Implement and improve automation to strengthen data quality, attribution, and pipeline management
  • Oversee CRM data integrity and standards, ensuring lifecycle stages and reporting remain accurate
  • Create dashboards and reports that give leadership clear visibility into funnel health and performance
  • Run process improvements and experiments to increase operational efficiency and conversion rates
  • Document systems, workflows, and playbooks to support scalable processes
  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to align tools and integrations with business goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience building or managing go-to-market systems (such as GTM ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth Ops, Systems Engineering, or similar roles)
  • Strong analytical and operational skills, with the ability to design processes, define metrics, and iterate quickly
  • Ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity
  • Excellent organizational skills, follow-through, and ability to manage several workflows at once
