- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule during peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)- Proficient understanding of basic web-based software applications (e.g., Google G-Suite)- Capability to stand and walk for the duration of your assigned shift- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds- Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Join gopuff as an Operations Associate (OA) within our dynamic operations team, directly reporting to a Site Leader. This role is pivotal to our success and demands a proactive attitude, resilience, and a passion for overcoming challenges. Your responsibilities will span various operational tasks including picking, packing, and receiving products, both on-site and in our kitchen (if applicable), while collaborating with partner drivers to ensure smooth deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch
- Receive and unpack vendor pallets, ensuring inventory accuracy and resolving any discrepancies
- Oversee inventory management and the re-shelving of canceled orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and facility
- Adhere to FIFO practices for effective waste and spoilage management
- Communicate with customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items
- Safely handle, scan, and move products in an organized manner
- Engage in various physical activities such as standing, bending, and reaching during shifts
- Utilize equipment such as carts and pallet jacks to transport products
- Work with items that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol
- Occasionally work in freezer environments throughout your shifts
- Navigate several flights of stairs as part of your daily responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality beverages and food items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure accuracy in food and beverage packaging for delivery
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Accurately receive and store orders, addressing any discrepancies with expiration requirements
- Maintain kitchen organization and standards to facilitate resource accessibility while managing waste and spoilage responsibly
- Prepare, package, and hand off customer orders efficiently.
