Join the dynamic team at Gopuff as an Operations Associate in Tucson Downtown! Reporting directly to a Site Leader, you will play a vital role in our operations. This position requires a proactive mindset, resilience, positivity, and a passion for overcoming challenges. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and receiving products in our facility and kitchen (if applicable), while collaborating with our partner drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch
- Receive and unpack vendor pallets, ensuring physical inventory aligns with purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies
- Oversee inventory management and re-shelving of canceled orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and facility
- Adhere to FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage
- Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items
- Safely handle, scan, and move products in an orderly fashion
- Engage in physical activities such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching during shifts
- Utilize carts, pallet jacks, and dollies to transport products
- Handle items that may include tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol
- Occasionally work in freezer locations
- Climb several flights of stairs as required
- Prepare quality food and beverage items by adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food and beverage deliveries are accurate
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols for all products
- Organize the kitchen facility to facilitate resource accessibility while managing waste through careful food preparation
- Prepare and stage orders for handoff
