Creative Design at SDC The Creative Design team within SDC focuses on connecting with users around the world. This team develops ad campaigns for multiple platforms, ensuring every visual element supports marketing goals and engages audiences effectively. Creative work includes both original content and the adaptation of materials to fit different languages and cultures, so Stripe’s message reaches a global audience. In addition to advertising and web content, the team produces designs for presentations and collateral aimed at large clients and executive groups. These designs clarify complex information and make communications more engaging, whether for client pitches or high-level strategy meetings. What You’ll Do Use design systems to build compelling narratives for a range of audiences. Expand, evolve, define, and document flexible design systems and experiences. Set high standards for quality and consistency across the Stripe brand at scale. Focus on user needs and apply business insight to design decisions. Inspire empathy through visual storytelling. Work across different styles and clearly explain design choices. Iterate quickly and collaborate with marketers, product managers, leaders, designers, and other stakeholders.
