As an Operations Associate, you will gain hands-on experience across critical operational areas, learning the intricacies of executing operations within an e-commerce environment. You will take on key responsibilities within your assigned operational department, identifying and resolving critical business challenges as we scale. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of operational tasks related to logistics, ticket inventory management, website data management, and customer care, including:
- Mastery of bespoke internal software tools tailored to support operational departments
- Full ownership of operational functions in a specific area (e.g., country/regional responsibility) to enhance accountability
- Identifying and troubleshooting operational issues as they arise, requiring strong domain and cross-functional knowledge
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance internal process efficiency
