About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Associate to propel our new vertical launches. This pivotal cross-functional role is ideal for an individual who excels in fast-paced environments, enjoys tackling logistical challenges, and is passionate about supporting a mission-driven team.

You will collaborate closely with our clinical, client success, and executive teams to guarantee that day-to-day operations are efficient, reliable, and scalable.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on new verticals, assessing market size and competitive dynamics to facilitate successful market entry and prioritization.

  • Establish and oversee essential internal systems to ensure organizational readiness for launching and expanding new verticals.

  • Facilitate coordination among internal stakeholders across product, clinical operations, and growth to ensure preparedness for new vertical launches.

  • Document repeatable processes and propose enhancements as we evolve.

  • Assist in developing internal dashboards and trackers to monitor progress.

  • Support special projects, such as expanding insurance contracts and onboarding new providers.

  • Contribute wherever necessary—this is a startup, and we embrace a hands-on approach.
