Operations Associate - Bookings Team

Join Checkatrade as an Operations Associate in our Bookings Team and be instrumental in shaping the UK's premier home improvement marketplace.

As part of our dynamic Bookings team, your focus will be on evolving Checkatrade from a lead generation service to a comprehensive bookings and transactions platform. This innovative approach allows our customers to effortlessly book, manage, and pay for services directly through Checkatrade. We have launched several products, including Checkatrade Express and Checkatrade for Business, which are already facilitating real bookings and advancing our vision.

Your role will involve:

  • Collaborating with a small, driven, and entrepreneurial team to redefine home services.

  • Addressing a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly.

  • Working cross-functionally in strategy, product, and data to test concepts, launch features, and solve significant issues.

  • Partnering with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to transform ideas into impactful live products.

  • Fostering operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and establishing scalable workflows that enhance product performance.
