Gopuff is actively seeking passionate Operations Associates (OAs) to enhance our dynamic operations team in Syracuse. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs are vital to our success, exhibiting determination, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges. In this role, you will engage in a variety of operational tasks including selecting, packing, and receiving products within our facility and associated kitchens (if applicable), while collaborating with our partner drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch.
- Receive and unpack product pallets from vendors, ensuring inventory accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
- Oversee inventory management and the re-shelving of canceled orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor and throughout the facility.
- Adhere to FIFO protocols to manage waste and spoilage effectively.
- Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items.
- Handle, scan, and move products safely and in an organized manner.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts.
- Utilize equipment such as carts, pallet jacks, and dollies for product movement.
- Occasionally work in freezer locations as required.
- Prepare quality beverages and food items, adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
- Ensure the accuracy of food and beverage orders for delivery.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines diligently.
- Organize the kitchen facility to ensure efficient resource access while managing waste.
- Prepare, package, and stage orders for handoff.
