Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee a team of technicians and in-house agents to ensure operational excellence. Uphold high operational standards for customer experience and product quality. Strategically develop and manage projects aimed at resolving business operational challenges. Effectively manage team workloads to ensure timely project completion. Create and maintain comprehensive reports to monitor overall team performance. Analyze operational data to identify trends and formulate resolution strategies. Address complex escalations and critical customer issues with a structured, solution-oriented approach. Perform additional operational and ad-hoc tasks as required by the team. Oversee asset and logistics management efficiently. Qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or technical support. Prior experience in leading technicians or ground operations teams is advantageous. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to manage complex operational issues and escalations. Proficient in data management, including reporting and analysis to drive improvements. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus. Proactive and hands-on with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
