Key Responsibilities:Stay informed about the team's processes and tools to provide in-depth analyses and identify necessary improvements and potential obstacles. Collect requirements from various stakeholders across the Customer Experience organization regarding analyses, reports, and presentations. Extract, compile, and present data from multiple sources in easy-to-understand formats, integrated into reports and presentations. Create monthly financial and operational reports, providing thorough analysis based on results. Compile requirements for recurring reports to automate them in Power BI and assist in testing once completed. Collaborate with different teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.

Genetec Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Customer Experience team in Montreal. This position focuses on supporting customer experience operations through detailed reporting, analysis, and presentations. The work centers on performance metrics, drawing from data in systems such as CRM, ERP, web portals, IVR, and chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer experience operations by understanding team processes and tools, and identify areas for improvement or obstacles.
  • Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements for analyses, reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Extract, compile, and aggregate data from multiple sources to deliver results that are clear and easy to interpret.
  • Prepare monthly financial and operational reports, offering relevant insights through concise analysis and presentations.
  • Help automate reporting in Power BI by documenting recurring needs, assisting with testing, and collaborating with other teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.

What This Role Involves

This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly. Familiarity with data systems and reporting tools, especially Power BI, will be important. The Operations Analyst will work closely with team members and stakeholders to support the ongoing improvement of customer experience operations.
