Genetec Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Customer Experience team in Montreal. This position focuses on supporting customer experience operations through detailed reporting, analysis, and presentations. The work centers on performance metrics, drawing from data in systems such as CRM, ERP, web portals, IVR, and chat platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer experience operations by understanding team processes and tools, and identify areas for improvement or obstacles.
- Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements for analyses, reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Extract, compile, and aggregate data from multiple sources to deliver results that are clear and easy to interpret.
- Prepare monthly financial and operational reports, offering relevant insights through concise analysis and presentations.
- Help automate reporting in Power BI by documenting recurring needs, assisting with testing, and collaborating with other teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
