- Oversee and manage client inventory while conducting matrix analysis based on Trustee Inventory.
- Implement and maintain robust controls for any exceptions that arise.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly inventory reports along with exception summaries.
- Collaborate with teams on audits, templates, and manuals, ensuring all necessary supporting documents are provided.
- Assist internal teams by delivering accurate information promptly.
- Ensure that the control reports team adheres to all service level agreements (SLAs).
- Key Result Areas:
- Guarantee the completion of daily reporting and reconciliations.
- Facilitate month-end closing and reporting within 5 working days as part of inventory management.
- Respond promptly to requests from clients or vendors.
- Complete various statutory and internal audit reports and ensure compliance with SOX cycles as per management timelines.
- Review and approve all standard operating procedures (SOPs) within deadlines and manage the SOP tracker.
