- Generate order confirmations and independently manage delivery orders.
- Oversee and manage the entire ordering process with diligence.
- Monitor and adjust payment schedules in SAP, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Coordinate transport and assembly orders using our transport management system.
- Project controlling: oversee timelines and costs, perform evaluations, and conduct KPI analyses.
- Review, approve, and track incoming invoices, including managing amendments.
- Collaborate closely with project management to organize site operations.
