Job Opportunity

We are actively seeking an Operations Account Manager dedicated to enhancing and maintaining operational relationships with our international clients, particularly those in China, across various e-commerce platforms, third-party logistics (3PLs), and brokers. As a key member of the Commercial team, you will collaborate closely with our Strategic Account Managers to ensure that our high-volume accounts, which handle millions of parcels within the UK, operate seamlessly. You will be tasked with resolving issues efficiently and ensuring that our clients receive unwavering support. While the Strategic Account Manager focuses on growth and long-term strategies, you will serve as the operational backbone of the account—bridging clients to Relay’s internal teams, ensuring timely execution, and preventing any details from being overlooked. In the dynamic world of logistics, where challenges are commonplace, you will be the individual who upholds trust, drives momentum, and keeps operations on track.
