This pivotal role serves as a liaison between our Sales, Customer Success, and delivery teams. You will take charge of the operational aspects of new project setups, ensuring that each client engagement is initiated seamlessly and efficiently, with all necessary resources in place.This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations. You will excel if you are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across multiple teams in a remote, asynchronous environment. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring precise and current financial transactions, account reconciliation, and a strong emphasis on accounts payable vendor payments.Key Responsibilities:Accurately document all daily financial transactions, encompassing credit card and bank transactions, in accordance with company policies and GAAP standards.Regularly reconcile bank accounts, payroll, and credit card statements with internal records to maintain accuracy and rectify discrepancies.Manage the Accounts Payable process, including entering bills into accounting systems and reconciling vendor payments post each payment cycle.Effectively apply customer payments to invoices in a timely manner, ensuring correct allocation across various services, retainers, and revenue streams. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances to facilitate timely collections.Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accrual schedules during monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
