Position Overview:
As our Onboarding Program Manager, you will spearhead the systematic execution of customer onboarding initiatives from the point of deal closure through deployment and adoption. Your organizational prowess and process-oriented mindset will be essential in ensuring that onboarding projects across various customer segments (Tier 0–Tier 3) are delivered on time and meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee onboarding programs from deal finalization through deployment, ensuring timely milestone delivery.
Maintain detailed project plans, track tasks, and report on status effectively.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delays, escalating issues as needed.
Facilitate onboarding collaboration across Customer Success, Technical Delivery, Sales, Product, and Support teams.
Sales to Customer Success Transition:
Coordinate the structured handover process from Sales to Customer Success.
Ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer before onboarding begins.
Confirm that all necessary onboarding inputs are captured and documented.
