Role Overview: Onboarding Customer Success Specialist
This role supports healthcare professionals as they join the Doctoralia platform. The Onboarding Customer Success Specialist guides new users through their first steps, builds trust, and helps them become confident with Doctoralia’s digital solutions. The goal is to set up each specialist for long-term success and support the shift toward digital healthcare.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the complete onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth integration and early confidence with the platform.
- Train and guide healthcare professionals in using Doctoralia’s digital tools, adapting training to each specialist’s needs.
- Spot areas for improvement during onboarding and suggest practical solutions to improve the user experience.
- Track each client’s progress in the early stages, anticipating and resolving issues before they become obstacles.
- Work closely with Product and Support teams to share user feedback and help improve Doctoralia’s solutions.
Professional Profile
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in Customer Success or Account Management, handling a portfolio of 100-150 clients.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable working in startup, marketing, or advertising settings.
- Data-Driven: Able to read and analyze data to improve campaign results.

This position is based in Mexico City.
