We seek a Lead Product Designer to join our expanding Design Team.In-office collaboration is required Monday through Wednesday. You will be an individual contributor reporting directly to the Director of Product Design.Your Impact Will Include:Crafting and developing the comprehensive customer journey experience, starting from their exploration on the Pebl website.Establishing and maintaining design standards, guidelines, and best practices throughout the organization.Creating and delivering high-quality, user-centered design solutions that align with business goals and user needs.Conducting user research, usability tests, and A/B testing to guide design decisions and enhance product quality.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure design solutions meet strategic objectives.Developing and maintaining design documentation, including specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.
