About the Role:
 
Glean is on the lookout for an Onboarding and Training Lead to design and implement a high-touch, scalable onboarding experience for new hires worldwide. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete new hire journey—from pre-boarding through the initial 90 days—creating programs that are engaging, foster community, and are deeply aligned with our culture and operational methodologies. Additionally, you will spearhead streamlined training initiatives, particularly focusing on empowering managers and enhancing core skill sets, working closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Workplace, and functional leaders to equip new hires and managers with the necessary tools, training, and clarity for success.
