The TAY Health and Wellness Center is located at 888 Post Street, San Francisco, CA.

The TAY HWC Program Navigator plays a vital role in embodying GLIDE’s mission and values, establishing respectful connections with program participants, and safely guiding them to the Center’s diverse resources, services, and support staff. Responsibilities include facilitating access to amenities such as showers, lockers, pantry items, grooming services, clothing, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi access. The Navigator serves as a crucial link between participants and case managers, job development specialists, housing experts, and community partners delivering essential services on-site. Regular wellness checks are also a key responsibility to ensure participant safety while in the Center.

This is an on-call position with variable hours per week, dependent on program needs. Weekend and nontraditional hours may be required.
