Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring organization, appearance, and functionality are maintained, including managing opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
  • Manage the sorting, distribution, and preparation of incoming and outgoing mail and packages on a daily basis.
  • Anticipate the needs of team members to deliver a seamless and positive experience.
  • Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
  • Respond to and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate personnel.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues with promptness and professionalism.
