Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring organization, appearance, and functionality are maintained, including managing opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
- Manage the sorting, distribution, and preparation of incoming and outgoing mail and packages on a daily basis.
- Anticipate the needs of team members to deliver a seamless and positive experience.
- Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Respond to and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate personnel.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues with promptness and professionalism.
