The Program

Our Early Childhood Approach (ECA) program empowers families by helping them understand their children's development and unique needs, connecting them with appropriate support services, and building skills necessary for fostering their child's growth. We also link families with local community resources to ensure access to a broader support network.

Your Role and Impact
Are you passionate about early childhood intervention? We are seeking an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our diverse team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Provide support in collaboration with families to help them achieve their goals using evidence-informed best practices.

  • Employ assessments and observations, alongside your understanding of child development, to customize support options for each child and family.

  • Empower families, caregivers, and professionals by helping them develop the skills and confidence necessary to support children in everyday scenarios.

  • Connect children and families to community resources to ensure their inclusion and participation in chosen settings and activities.
