YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated Night Audit (Night Sidekick) who excels in connecting with guests and is passionate about delivering exceptional service during the late-night hours. As a Night Sidekick, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents, offering assistance, advice, and problem-solving support during the night. Your creativity in service delivery is vital.
Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs for night owls, preparing breakfast, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility. You will report to the Lead Duty Manager and ensure safety during emergency situations at night.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
No two nights are the same as a Night Sidekick, but here are some of your anticipated tasks:
- A Warm Welcome: Be the friendly face that greets everyone entering our doors at night. This includes assisting with check-ins and check-outs and addressing any requests that may arise.
- Smooth Operations: Collaborate with the Duty Manager for a seamless handover, acquiring guest information and providing the morning team with essential updates.
