Join our innovative team as a NICE CXOne Engineer, where you will leverage your expertise in Studio scripting, IVR development, routing design, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with NICE InContact CXOne solutions in cloud-based environments. This position demands effective collaboration with architecture teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technical teams to design, develop, and maintain contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute release planning, development, testing, and deployment of IVR enhancements across multiple agencies.
- Design and construct call flows while integrating backend systems through APIs.
- Oversee NICE Business Units (BU) and contribute to solution design and network optimization.
- Provide routing design and implementation for contact center technologies.
- Work closely with Architecture teams to develop, deploy, and utilize APIs.
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for scripting issues as they arise.
- Facilitate communication and resolution of issues with various technical teams during production incidents.
- Review support tickets with agency leadership and manage issue resolution across teams.
