The News Editorial Internship offers a unique opportunity for aspiring journalists and media production enthusiasts. As an intern, you will support show production teams by assisting in video editing, graphic creation, and the production of engaging show segments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Collaborating with video editors to edit video content according to news scripts.
Drafting sample scripts for TV news segments.
Transcribing live interviews for use in broadcasts.
Creating visually appealing graphics using CNBC’s proprietary applications, while collaborating with the Graphics team for assistance.
Preparing necessary elements such as video clips, lower-thirds, and soundbites for various show segments.
Managing the teleprompter for on-air talent during live broadcasts.
Contributing to the brainstorming and creation of innovative show segments by sharing and discussing ideas.
