Healthee is seeking a New Ventures Manager for a summer MBA internship or recent graduate position in New York, NY. This role works directly with the Head of Growth and plays a central part in shaping and executing new business initiatives within our growth team.

The growth function at Healthee explores and develops new revenue streams, often building "startups within our startup." Projects move from concept through research, validation, MVP creation, and scaling. Current focus areas include fraud detection, claims analytics, and new pricing models like bundled cash pricing for medical services. Each initiative aims to solve complex challenges in healthcare benefits administration and operations.

What You Will Do

  • Own initiatives from idea stage through MVP development and market launch.
  • Drive execution, build momentum, and turn concepts into measurable results.
  • Define and test value propositions with real customers, iterating quickly to reach product-market fit.
  • Lead early commercialization, including negotiating partnerships, setting pricing, and generating revenue.
  • Identify, structure, and manage strategic partnerships to support growth.
  • Oversee partner relationships, including contracts and performance tracking.
  • Set up and monitor ROI frameworks for partnerships and external initiatives.
  • Transform complex claims data into clear presentations that highlight ROI and cost savings for clients.
  • Analyze internal and external data to spot opportunities and guide priorities.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Product, Design, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to align teams and drive execution.
  • Translate broad strategies into actionable plans and keep teams moving forward.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive action, even without formal authority.
