The Sales Associate will report directly to the Sales Director and will play a pivotal role as a frontline member of the on-site sales team. This position involves managing the complete sales cycle of residential lots and homes—from initial inquiries to finalized purchase agreements and coordination of escrow processes.

This role demands a high level of interpersonal engagement and a strong foundation in luxury real estate, particularly within new developments, resort-style communities, or land/lot sales.
