Team Overview
The Growth team executes Fever's business strategy globally, ensuring partner performance meets expectations while driving growth across all markets.
The New Business team specializes in developing compelling commercial proposals to secure successful partnerships. We lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives, provide demand forecasts, and identify ideal locations for Fever Originals and significant third-party events.
Our data-driven approach informs everything from strategic planning to operational execution, enabling us to deeply understand Fever’s business model and collaborate effectively across teams to drive growth.
