As a Network Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the Network Maintenance standby duty rotation as directed by the Team Lead.
- Ensuring compliance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for fault resolution to uphold high service quality.
- Delivering first-level on-site network support to end-users.
- Addressing daily customer issues reported outside of standby duty.
- Conducting routine tasks to maintain network stability and proactively identify potential issues.
- Diagnosing and rectifying network-related problems.
- Managing the distribution of Media Access Control (MAC) and Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to devices within the network.
- Overseeing patch management for network systems and devices to ensure security and optimal performance.
