About the job
As a Network Security Engineer at NCS, you will be responsible for delivering centralized technical support at Level 1.5 for our diverse range of clients across the network, cyber, and server domains.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a 24x7 maintenance standby duty on a rotational basis as assigned by your team lead.
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met for every incident.
- Manage escalations for issues that exceed the scope of Level 1 knowledge.
- Handle daily call assignments during office hours when not on standby.
- Be prepared to perform weekend or after-hours duties as required.
- Engage in preventive maintenance activities, including hardware inventory management.
- Oversee cases from initiation through to resolution.
- Promptly and accurately update incident tickets.
- Obtain necessary certifications to support key clients.
- Accept new assignments from the Operations Manager or Technical Services Manager as needed.
