About the Role We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our expanding team. This full-time position requires availability from 8 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. Primary Responsibilities Swiftly addressing incoming technical support inquiries and challenges. Engaging directly with current and potential customers via phone, text, web chat, and email. Conducting advanced troubleshooting of Wi-Fi and other WAN/LAN networking concerns. Providing direct assistance to the lead engineer. This position is not remote and requires presence in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, or Philadelphia.
