Requirements:Proven experience in designing and building networks, particularly in operational technology environments. Significant experience in a consulting or similar role. CCNP certification in Routing, Switching, and Security, along with Data Centre experience. Strong comprehension of network security principles and related technologies. Expertise in troubleshooting intricate enterprise networks and associated technologies. In-depth knowledge of Wide Area Networking technologies and routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP is essential. Hands-on experience with administering and troubleshooting the following technologies:Cisco ISR and ASR RoutersData centre technologies, including Cisco Nexus, VXLAN, VPCs, and End User ComputeCampus Switching with Catalyst 9XXX series switches and Stackwise virtualIPSec VPNs and Cisco SD-WANCisco Secure Firewall / FTDSASE solutions, including Palo Alto Prisma Access and Cisco Secure ConnectCisco Wireless – WLCs (C9800 series)Palo Alto Networks Firewalls and PanoramaCisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud environments. Security Clearance and offshore certification are desirable. Experience with Cisco Meraki Wireless, Security, and Switching technologies is a plus. Knowledge of Cisco ACI - Application Centric Infrastructure and HP and Aruba Platforms is advantageous. Familiarity with DevNet principles, Automation, Ansible, and Python is beneficial.

About the Role:

  • Lead the delivery of critical national infrastructure projects using industry-leading tools to ensure security and availability.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, taking charge of projects from the design phase through to implementation, with full ownership of solutions.
  • Engage in Project Engineering, which includes Low-Level Design, implementation, and consultancy services.
  • Provide expert-level support to clients and serve as an internal escalation point for any support-related incidents.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network and security-related issues.
  • Mentor and support other team members.
