This role aims to bolster the team within the Retail Business Banking External Networks unit, contributing to the development of a thriving ecosystem of certified partners.The successful candidate will act as a vital link between external partners and the Bank's internal departments, actively participating in achieving the unit's commercial and quality objectives.Key Responsibilities:Attract and onboard esteemed specialized businesses into the Partner Ecosystem.Manage and grow a portfolio of partners and business clients, focusing on delivering comprehensive financing solutions and enhancing collaboration with the Bank.Analyze financial statements and assess clients' financial data to assist in crafting financial proposals and recommendations to the relevant Credit Committees.Coordinate and communicate with internal units (Credit, Risk, Products, Channels) to ensure smooth financing implementation and maintain portfolio quality.Foster and maintain trust-based relationships with partners and clients, identifying opportunities for new business and strengthening collaborations within the Certified Partners Ecosystem.Monitor portfolio performance and efficiency, timely identifying risks and formulating improvement proposals.Coordinate, organize, and conduct informative seminars for selected Small Business Clients.Represent the unit in internal and external meetings, committees, and business events, promoting the collaborative culture and consulting approach of RBB External Networks.
