The role emphasizes exceptional program facilitation and delivery to maximize positive outcomes. The In-Community Program Specialist leverages their knowledge of youth development, outdoor and experiential education, and program quality systems, while demonstrating excellence in coaching and facilitation to guide their team and the youth we serve.
