WHAT YOU BRINGA proven ability to evaluate, strategize, and actively manage a National Partner or territory to achieve optimal revenue and operational efficiency. Exceptional cross-functional experience coupled with outstanding communication skills to foster consensus across various groups, both internally and within Channel/Partner organizations. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Software Engineering is preferred. Familiarity and hands-on experience with Everpure's operational and product offerings. Previous experience supporting enterprise storage, networking, or related fields.

THE ROLE

The National Partner Manager (NPM) at Everpure is a pivotal position that directly influences the expansion of our National Partners. This strategic role is essential for guiding our National Partner towards achieving self-sufficiency via effective go-to-market integration, technical and sales enablement, robust industry insights, and collaborative efforts. In this role, you will take ownership of and expand Everpure's partnership within SHI’s Inside Sales organization located in Austin, Texas. Your efforts will drive revenue through direct engagement, alignment with sales representatives, and hands-on support for deal closures.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Synchronize Everpure's go-to-market strategy with that of our National Partner to ensure growth aligns with established objectives, fostering long-lasting relationships with key Channel Partners.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Everpure and SHI’s Inside Sales organization, facilitating pipeline development, sales qualification, and successful deal closures through the ISO and Channel.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and enablement workshops with partner technical and sales teams, ensuring a deep understanding of Everpure’s value proposition and industry leadership.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the office to enhance sales floor dynamics.
  • Oversee relationship-building initiatives and account mapping activities between Everpure's Sales organization and SHI's Inside Sales team, providing support for deal management, pricing, deal registration, and renewals.
  • Champion partner initiatives like Paint It Orange and similar initiatives.
