THE ROLE
As the National Partner Manager (NPM), you will play a pivotal role in guiding the growth of Pure Storage's National Partners. This esteemed position involves strategic leadership, where you will empower our National Partners to achieve a state of self-sufficiency through seamless go-to-market integration, robust technical and sales enablement, and fostering valuable industry relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Engage regularly with partner principals, executives, and sales teams across existing and potential value-added and direct market resellers.
- Align Pure Storage's go-to-market strategy with our National Partners to ensure sustained growth aligned with strategic objectives while nurturing long-term relationships with key Channel Partners.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions for partner technical and sales teams, ensuring clarity and articulation of Pure Storage's Value Proposition and Industry Leadership.
- Support pipeline development, sales qualification, and business closures via the ISO and Channel.
- Create and implement strategic business plans to enhance our engagement with existing channel partners, with quarterly reviews and adjustments.
- Lead relationship-building initiatives and account mapping activities between Pure Storage's Sales team and designated partners.
- Foster channel autonomy and independence through collaborative efforts with Pure Storage partners.
