We are seeking a skilled MS SCOM Administrator with certifications in SCOM or SCCM. The ideal candidate should have experience in Automation and Orchestration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer projects that focus on the implementation of CA Unicenter Solutions.
- Gather requirements and manage the configuration and administration of CA Solutions.
- Conduct daily administrative functions for CA Unicenter products.
- Engage with customers to understand and document new requirements.
- Manage database operations for CA Applications, ensuring backups are scheduled and performance is optimized.
- Plan and execute disaster recovery strategies.
- Troubleshoot and maintain CA Products effectively.
- Develop technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Install DSM, Spectrum, and eHealth solutions for comprehensive server monitoring.
- Discover Vcenter in Spectrum and eHealth for enhanced monitoring and reporting.
- Integrate Spectrum with service desks and configure various features.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for L1/L2 operations, identifying automation opportunities and addressing weaknesses in existing solutions.
- Participate in solution release and maintenance patch deployments, ensuring compliance with AXA Tech standards such as CMMI and Secured Enterprise Network.
- Assist in maintenance processes to uphold operational integrity of monitoring tools and technical platforms.
